东北老工业基地就业问题研究

摘　　要：近年来, 东北地区就业量减少, 经济增长对就业的拉动作用降低, 城镇职工大量下岗失业, 就业形势十分严峻, 扩大就业成为振兴东北老工业基地面临的主要课题。东北地区的就业问题, 是在经济体制改革过程形成的特殊现象。东北地区应当加快就业体制改革, 发展第三产业和劳动密集型产业, 扩大非正规就业, 提高劳动者素质等。In the resent years, the employment situation was very severe in Northeast China, such as employment reduced, the ability that economical growth pulls employment decreasing, and large amount of workers be laid off. The special phenomenon roots in the economical institution reform, and becomes the main balk of the Northeast China Revitalization. To improve the employment situation, Northeast China should exchange employment system quickly, develop the thirdly industry and labor dense industries, encourage informal employment, and enhance the labor’s human capital.
