摘　　要：企业家是现代企业发展最重要的资源之一,建立与发展中国企业家职业化市场对于加快国有企业改革和发展有着重要的现实意义。可以说,没有职业化企业家就没有真正的市场经济。随着我国市场经济体制的建立,职业化企业家队伍的形成已经迫在眉睫,而企业家职业化市场的缺乏已经成为制约现代企业发展的瓶颈。为此,应创造性地提出构建我国企业家职业化市场的思路,为职业化企业家提供市场环境。The entrepreneur is one of the most important resources that the modern enterprises develop. Setting up and developing Chinese Enterpriser's Professionalization Market has important realistic meanings in accelerating State-owned enterprises' reform and development, that is, there isn't the true market economy without professionalized entrepreneur. As the building of our market economy system, professionalization enterprise stares in the face, however, the lack of entrepreneur's development. So we should promote the thought creatively that construct the entrepreneur's professionalization market, and offer the market environment to the professionalization entrepreneur's.
