摘　　要：介绍亚麻粗纱的煮练、漂白等工艺.为了既能去除杂质,又保证纱线强力,应控制碱液和漂液浓度;时间以40 min为宜;氯漂温度不能过高,30℃较宜;漂液pH值不能太低,氯漂为9.5～10,氧漂为10.5～11.加强酸洗及脱氯,以满足织造用纱的要求,提高白度及上染率.This paper introduces the scouring and bleaching process of linen rove, thus, reasonable pretreatment for practical operation is obtained. In order to remove the impurities and avoid damage to yarn strength, linen yarn is conducted with controlled alkali and bleaching concentrations for 40 minutes, chlorine bleaching at 30℃and appropriate pH value, the treated yarn features improved whiteness and dye uptake for weaving.
