摘　　要：通过分析迷彩涂料印花产品的特性以及具体的质量指标要求,分别从印花和染色两方面进行小试,确立了大车生产工艺路线。选择分散 /还原染料染色后进行磨毛,再涂料印花,可获得手感柔软、牢度优异的产品。The key points for camouflage pigment printing process are the selection and application of dyes and chemicals. Via analysis of product characteristics and requirements of detail indicators, the technological process of bulk production is defined based on the trials from dyeing and printing aspects. Process of dyeing with disperse/vat dyes followed by sanding and pigment printing imparts the camouflage fabric soft handle and excellent color fastness.
