摘　　要：分析了液压内支撑式、气囊内支撑式以及轴向移动式三类染色轧车的结构特点及其工作原理;结合生产实践,介绍了线压力的调整方法、故障情况以及维护保养;总结了这三类染色轧车的线压力调节范围,以及对染色半制品的要求。The structure characteristics and operating principles of hydraulic internal supported type, gasbag internal supported type and axial transverse type of dye padders are introduced. Combined with practical experiences, linear pressure adjustment and maintenance of three dye padders in application are discussed, including the regulating range of linear pressure, requirements for semi product, faults in operation and maintenance cost.
