民办高校应当定位造就“银领”人才

摘　　要：当今中国"银领"(介于"白领"和"蓝领"之间的职业技能型)人才,是备受社会青眯的"新贵",在人才市场上,寻大学生容易,找硕士生也不难,但招聘高级技师就很难。民办高校的办学定位应当锁定在为地方培养"银领"人才。At present 'silver-collar' men of ability are the 'new type' ones well received by society. In the man of ability market, it is easy to look for university graduates and master degree candidates, but it is difficult to invite advanced technicians.So civilian-run colleges and universities should be located on training'silver-collar'man of ability for society.
