摘  要:目的建立空气净化产品对有机污染物净化效果的评价方法。方法用1.5、30m3两种测试舱,分别用TenaxTA采样-热解吸-气相色谱法和光离子气体检测仪测定空气中苯系物浓度,评价挥发性有机物监测仪对有机污染物净化效果。结果利用TenaxTA采样-热解吸-气相色谱法,30m3测试舱中空气净化器对挥发性有机物净化效果评价方法为,自然衰减和总衰减所需时间分别为3、1.2h,测试频率分别为25、7min,采样时间均为5min;1.5m2测试舱中的净化效果评价方法为,自然衰减和总衰减的测试时间为60min,测试频率5min,采样时间5min。用光离子气体检测仪测定30m3测试舱中空气净化器对挥发性有机物净化效果评价方法为:自然衰减和总衰减的测试时间均为60min,前10min每2min记录1次试验数据,后50min每10min记录1次试验数据;1.5m3测试舱中空气净化产品对苯净化效果评价方法为:自然衰减和总衰减的测试时间均为20min,每2min记录1次试验数据。结论与TenaxTA采样-热解吸-气相色谱法相比,光离子气体检测仪法具有操作简单,省时,灵敏等优点。Objective To make a test method for assessing the efficiency of air cleaners to remove volatile organic compounds in the air. Methods Natural decay measurement and VOC removal measurement were conducted by VOC monitor (PGM-7240, RAE Inc. USA) and Tenax TA sampling-Heat desorpt-gas chromatogromn in 30 m3 and 1.5 m3 test chamber respectively. Results Using Tenax TA sampling-Heat desorpt-Gas chromatogramn method, the natural decay rate and the measured decay in 1.5, 30 m3 test chamber were determined by acquiring VOC concentration data every 25, 7 min, the total test tim were 3, 1.2 h respectively. Sampling time was 5 min. The ratural decay rate and the measured decay in 1.5 m3 test chamber were determined by acquiring VOC concentration data every 5 min. The total test time was 60 min. In the 30 m3 test chamber, both the natural decay rate and the measured decay rate were determined by acquiring VOC concentration data every 2 min intervals for the former 10 min and every 10 min intervals for the latter 50 minutes. The total test time was 60 min. In the 1.5 m3 test chamber, both the natural decay rate and the measured decay rate were determined by acquiring VOC concentration data every 2 min intervals for 20 min. The total test time is 20 min. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and sensitive compared with Tenax TA adsorption-thermal desorption-capillary gas chromatography for monitoring VOC.
