Influence of Reinforce the Spleen before Training and Kidney after Training on Some Biochemical Indexes and Serum Free Radical Metabolism of Rat

摘  要:为了探讨大鼠运动前后补脾、补肾对血清自由基及血清乳酸、尿素氮的影响 ,采用实验法检测大鼠定量负荷后的变化。结果显示 ,血清丙二醛含量训练组最高 ,血清歧化酶各组无显著差异 ,血乳酸浓度含量训练前补脾后补肾组较低 ,尿素氮含量训练前补脾后补肾组低于其他各组。结论认为 ,训练前补脾后补肾可以减轻运动源性自由基对机体细胞的损伤 ,促进乳酸的清除和降低尿素氮的含量。In order to discuss the influence of reinforce the s pleen and kidney before and after training on serum free radical,blood lactate a nd blood urea nitrogen,this paper tests the reaction of rat after fixed training load.The result shows that the level of SOD and MDA is the highest in training group.There is no significantly different for SOD among different groups.The lev el of blood lactate of reinforce the spleen group is lower than that of kidney g roup.The level of urea nitrogen for reinforcing the spleen before training and k idney after training group is lower than other groups.The result shows that rein force the spleen before training and kidney after training can reduce the damage of body cell by free radical,promote the removal of blood lactate and decrease the level of urea nitrogen.
