蓝狐睾丸几种化学成分的检测

摘　　要：通过放射免疫测定技术及激光速率散射比浊法对蓝狐睾丸中某些化学成分的测定分析,得出与蓝狐生殖有关的睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2 )、生长激素(GH)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG) ,其含量分别为( 83.3 0±1 1 2 .5 8)ng/g、( 3 0 .1 6±5. 69)ng/g、( 2 41 . 3 5±3 5 .2 1 )pg/g、( 42 .2 2±5 .78)ng/g、( 2 5 9.90±3 9.1 8) μg/g;与生命活动有关的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、生物信使cAMP、cGMP,以及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM等成分,其含量分别为( 0 .1 1±0.0 2 )mg/g、( 0.1 0±0 .0 2 )mg/g、( 0.0 6±0.0 1 )mg/g。Some chemical composition of Alopes lagepus testis was determined by various measures and detected the contents for reproductive hormones (T,P,E 2,GH,HCG) and various component including T 3,T 4,biological messager(cAMP and cGMP)for life activity; furthermore so was done the substances related with immunity such as IgA,IgG,IgM. The results shows that the contents for these chemical substances are (83.30±112.58)ng/g,(30.16±5.69)ng/g,(241.35±35.21)pg/g,(42.22±5.78)ng/g,(259.90±39.18)μg/g,(0.11±0.02)mg/g,(0.10±0.02)mg/g,(0.06±0.01)mg/g,respectively according to the order of substances mentioned above;thus these data can provide the basis theory for development of the series testis products.
