摘  要: 为了给研究微弧氧化起弧的能量临界条件奠定基础,以达到制备高产能、低能耗微弧氧化装备的目的,对微弧氧化起弧前后不同氧化时间的铝合金6061试样进行了电性能测试、能谱成分分析和扫描电镜表面形貌分析,测定了微弧氧化起弧的表面临界条件,揭示了起弧前试样表面变化过程和起弧后陶瓷层的生长特点。实验结果表明:铝合金起弧的表面临界条件是试样的整个表面覆盖一层电阻为0 4Ω的AlxOy膜;起弧前,非晶态AlxOy氧化物以点面方式生长;起弧后,起弧面呈树枝状生长,膜层电阻快速增大。In order to provide firm foundation for studying the energy critical conditions for arcing of micro-arc oxidation, so as to produce micro-arc oxidation equipment with high productivity and low energy consumption, electrical performance test, ESD analysis and SEM surface morphological analysis were made for 6061 aluminum alloy samples which had been micro-arc oxidized before and after arcing for different time. The surface critical condition for arcing of micro-arc oxidation was determined. The surface change process before arcing and the growth characteristics of the ceramic layer after arcing were revealed. Experimental results indicated that the surface critical condition for aluminum alloy arcing is the complete coverage of sample′s whole surface with a layer of 0.4 Ω Al_xO_y film; before arcing, the non-crystalline Al_xO_y grows in a point-face manner while after arcing, the arcing area grows dendritically with a quick increase in (film′s) (electrical) resistance.
