脱氢松香酸酯氧化反应混合产物的二维核磁共振谱分析

摘　　要：采用二维核磁共振波谱中全相关谱(TOCSY)成功区分了脱氢松香酸甲酯(Ⅰ)和7_羰基脱氢松香酸甲酯(Ⅱ)混合产物中各化合物的氢信号, 分析鉴定了混合物中两种甲酯结构, 并对混合物氢信号进行了归属。该方法简便易行, 适合快速判断反应历程并区分相近结构的混合物。Two compounds in a mixture formed from oxidation reaction of dehydroabietic ester were deterˉmined by1D and2D nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Detail informations of each of the two compounds were obtained bytotal correlation spectroscopy,respectively,and the structures of the two compounds in a mixˉture were confirmed without further chemical separation.The method is simple,and easy to run and can be used to differentiate the compounds with similar structures in the mixture rapidly.
