摘　　要：在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾与鲁米诺产生化学发光,富马酸酮替芬对该发光有显著的增强作用.基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定富马酸酮替芬的新方法.该方法具有较高的灵敏度,检出限为5.7×10-9g/mL(IUPAC),线性范围为1.0×10-8～1.0×10-6g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL富马酸酮替芬平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.6%.该方法已成功用于片剂中富马酸酮替芬的测定.A novel chemiluminescence method coupled with the flow injection technique for the determinaˉtion of ketotifen fumarate is developed.It is based on the enhancement of ketotifen fumarate on the chemilumiˉnescence reaction of luminol with ferricyanide in sodium hydroxide medium.The linear calibration range of the chemiluminescence intensity to the ketotifen fumarate concentration is1.0×10 -8 to1.0×10 -6 g/mL.The RSD for1.0×10 -7 g/mL ketofiten is2.6%(n=11),and the detection limit is5.7×10 -9 g/mL.This method has been successfullyapplied to the determination of ketotifen fumarate in pharmaceutical preparaˉtions.
