摘 要:用11种限制性内切酶(BamHⅠ、BglⅠ、BglⅡ、BcoRⅠ、HpaⅠ、KpnⅠ、PstⅠ、SacⅠ、SalⅠ、XhoⅠ、XbaⅠ)分析鳙鱼的线粒体DNA(mitochondrialDNA,简称mtDNA),构建了全部11种酶22个切点的物理图谱.鳙鱼线粒体DNA的分子大小约为16.44kb.酶切位点的分布是非随机的.The mtDNA of Aristichthys has been isolated and purified for restriction enzyme analysis. Its length is 16.44 kb,and its molecular weight is 10.17×108 dation. The mtDNA has been analyzed by 11 kinds of restriction endonucleases which all recognized 6 basepairs. The restriction mapof the total 22 cut Sites have been constructed according to the data of molecular weight of generated fragmentS by complete digestion with single and double enzymes,sometimes also with partial digestionof single enzyme. The distribution of endonuclease sites is not even on the mtDNA of this kind of fish.
