AMI病人心功能指标EF%与CK/CK-MB之间相关关系  

ANALYSIS OF THE CORRELATION BETWEEN EJECTION FRAC-TION AND CK/CK-MB IN PATIENTS WITH AMI

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人溶栓治疗后CK/CK-MB与EF%的相关关系。方法:观察分析近2年来收治的AMI病人65例,除资料不全的病人(22例)外,依据治疗方法不同分为两组,溶栓组17例,未溶栓组26例,对比分析其治疗前、后CK/CK-MB峰值及治疗前、后峰值之差(△CK/CK-MB)与EF%的相关关系。结果:治疗前CK/CK-MB峰值、△CK峰值两组无显著性差异;△CK-MB峰值两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后溶栓组平均EF%值稍高于未溶栓组平均EF%值(P>0.05);溶栓组中治疗后CK/CK-MB峰值与EF%呈负相关关系;未溶栓组中治疗后CK/CK-MB峰值与EF%不呈相关关系。结论:溶栓治疗对冠脉再灌注和心功能的恢复优于未溶栓治疗对冠脉再灌注和心功能的恢复。Objective: To explore the correlation between ejection fraction and the creatine kinase)CK( and its cardiac-muscle-specific MB isoenzyme(CK-MB) in the patients with acute myocardial infarction )AMI( after therombolytic therapy. Methods: Forty-three cases of patients with AMI were divided into two groups according the therapy they received; the therombolytic group(n=17( and the non-therombolytic group)n=26(. The CK and CK-MB levels in the plasma were monitored before and after the different treatment, and the cardiac function was evaluated by ejection fraction )EF %(. Results: The CK and CK-MB peak levels of two groups were not different before treatment. The difference of the CK peak level of two groups were not different before and after treatment. But the difference of CK-MB peak level of the therombolytic group was significantly higher than that of non-therombolytic group )P < 0.05( before and after treatment. The average EF % of therombolytic group was slightly higher than that of non-therombolytic group )P > 0.05(. There was a negative correlation between the CK/CK-MB peak level and EF % in therombolytic group after treatment. Conclusion:The recovery of cardiac function of the patients with AMI received therombolytic therapyis betterthan that of the patients received non-therombolytic therapy.
