摘　　要：分析了焊接材料生产和使用时对环境的影响,介绍了药芯焊丝环境协调性研究的迫切性,指出应从药芯成分、焊接电弧物理以及熔滴过渡等方面来降低药芯焊丝的发尘量,应尽快建立药芯焊丝的LCA,以提高药芯焊丝的环境协调性。This paper analyzes the effects of welding consumable production and usage on environments.Importance of developing environmental conscious flux-cored wire is introduced.It points out that the welding fume can be decreased by studying the aspects of flux-cored compositions,welding arc physics and droplet transfer,and the LCA of flux-cored wire is suggested to establish sooner.
