摘　　要：在对GMAW焊接性能影响因素的分析的基础之上,通过DSP控制系统对波控参数进行调整与比较,结合实验具体分析波控参数对GMAW焊接性能的影响。结果表明通过对波控参数精确的调节,可以有效地提高GMAW的焊接性能,可以满足不同的焊接工艺的要求。Based on the analysis of influencing factor of GMAW welding characteristic,it analyzes and compares the waveform control parameters by DSP control system.Combined with the experiment,it analyzes are described the influence of these parameters in GMAW in detail.The experiment result shows that the GMAW welding characteristic could be improved obviously by adjusting the parameters accurately,and the different welding technical requirement can be meet.
