摘 要:在飞机装配中,对修配环进行修配是补偿和协调飞机装配累积误差的有效方法之一。为了满足封闭环的装配要求,修配量应当有一个极限值。首先分析修配时修配环影响封闭环的4种情况,分别推导了这4种情况下修配环最大修配量计算公式,其结果相同。该公式有助于装配过程中对修配环进行合理修配,并已在飞机装配中得到了应用。Carrying out repair on the repair link for the assembly of airplanes is one of the effective methods for compensating and coordinating the accumulated errors of airplane assembly. In order to satisfy the assembly requirement of the closed chain, the amount of repair ought to have a limiting value. Firstly, four situations that affect the closed chain, while the repair link is being repaired, were analyzed. The computational formulae of maximum amount of repair for the repair link under these four situations were derived respectively, and their results were all the same. These formulae are conducive to carrying out a reasonable repair on the repair link in the course of assembly, and have already got an application to the assembly of airplanes.
