摘　　要：介绍了一种用于加工具有非发泡外壳和发泡内芯的塑料制品的新方法———一步法滚塑发泡成型技术, 包括一步法滚塑发泡成型工艺原理、加工流程及影响因素。This paper demonstrates how the rotational foam molding process can be employed for the manufacture of plastic articles that have a distinct layer of non-foamed skin surrounding a foamed core or layer introducing the development,techniques and features of it.It is focused on the single-step processing principle and effect factors the main feature of which is the simultaneous introduction of both the foamable and non-foamable resin into the cavity of the mold at the beginning of the cycle. And prospect the future of the development of the foaming rotational molding.
