摘　　要：介绍了军队卫生装备网上采购平台及采购模式的研究成果,网上采购平台由采购中心服务系统、网络系统和客户端组成,实现全程网上在线招标、投标、评标和开标等功能,研究了网上采购的组织形式、技术手段和保障机制等运行模式,该系统具有投入低、效率高、安全方便、便于监督、快速扩展等特点。This paper introduces the platform and mode of military medical equipment E-procurement. Composed of the service system in the procurement center, the network system and the client-side, the platform can be applied to on-line bidding, tendering, evaluating, opening bid and so on. The organizational configuration, technical measures and supporting mechanism of the platform are studied. The platform is characterized by low expense, high efficiency, high security, and easy to monitor and expand.
