摘 要:通过对呼吸机排气滤毒消毒装置滤芯结构进行了优化设计,确定了滤芯直径、高度和滤芯组合滤层折叠层面数。样机经检测表明:该装置对0.075μm空气中微粒气溶胶滤除率大于99.8%,对模拟病毒大肠杆菌噬菌体f2的阻隔滤除率大于99.9%,该装置气阻小于100Pa。经临床试用表明:该装置对病患者和呼吸机无明显影响。由此可见,该装置滤芯结构设计合理。This paper introduces the optimization design of the filter core structure for the respiratory exhalation contamination control device. The type selection and combination form for the filtering material are briefly presented at first, and then the effect of the filtering core structure on gas resistance is analyzed, finally the diameter, the height and the folding times of the filtering layer are confirmed. The inspection of the sample device indicates that this device has a filtering rate higher than 99.8% for the 0.075μm particulate aerosol in the air, a obstruct and filtering rate higher than 99.9% for f2, and a gas resistance less than 100Pa. Clinical application shows that this device has no distinct effect on patient and respirator. So, the filtering core structure for this device is reasonable.
