摘 要:提出了一种Buck Boost变换方式的逆变器,其基本控制思想是通过改变一个周期内的占空比,以改变单个双向Buck Boost变换器的输出电压。两个相位相差180°的双向Buck Boost变换器的输出电压相减即可得到较为理想的单相正弦波;三个相位相差120°的双向Buck Boost变换器可实现三相逆变。可采用SPWM控制功率管的关闭与导通,采用外环电压环,内环电流环的双环控制。仿真结果验证了所提出的正弦波逆变器的可行性和有效性。A new voltage source inverter based on bidirectional Buck-Boost is proposed in this paper. The basic control technique, called 'duty cycle regulation based SPWM method' is presented, which is that the output voltage of single bidirectional Buck-Boost converter is changed according to the change of duty cycle, if the two 180° phase difference output of bidirectional Buck-Boost converter are subtracted, an idea single phase sine wave will be obtained; if the three 120° phase difference output of bidirectional Buck-Boost converter are subtracted, an three phase inverter will be obtained. We can use SPWM to control power tube on or off, can use the double-loop control with the inductance current inner loop and capacitor voltage outer loop is introduced. Efficiency and validity of the topology are illustrated by simulation results.
