不同饲料饲喂豚鼠效果的观察

摘　　要：目的　观察羊草或稻草和苜蓿草粉含量不同的全价颗粒饲料对豚鼠脱毛及体重增长的影响。方法　分别用羊草或稻草和含 2 0 %、30 %、4 0 %苜蓿草粉制作的全价颗粒饲料饲喂不同时期的豚鼠 ,观察豚鼠脱毛及体重增长情况。结果　经过 10 5d实验饲喂 ,豚鼠脱毛现象明显好转 ,未继续出现脱毛现象 ,体重明显增长 ,而且喂食羊草的豚鼠比喂食稻草的豚鼠显著 ;饲喂苜蓿草粉含量高的全价颗粒饲料的豚鼠 ,体重增长明显 ,而且脱毛恢复的较快或未出现脱毛现象。结论　豚鼠必须饲喂含一定比例苜蓿草粉的颗粒饲料同时喂食羊草或稻草 ,其中羊草优于稻草。Objective To observe the effect of two different whole nutrition forage on guinea pig whi ch may cause hair-lose and weight increase. Methods Those forage contained different content of trams or sheep grass. There were 20%,30% and 40% different content of rice trams or sheep grass. We used them to feed guinea -pig, then observed the situation on hair-lose and weight increase. Re sults After feeding one hundred and five days, the phenomena of guinea-pig hair-lose became lower. More grass content may bring weight increas e and heal the hair-lose fast. Conclusion Guinea-pig should b e fed with some scale of grass powder. The results indicated that sheep grass is superior to rice straw.
