摘　　要：目的 :动态了解北京地区三级医院内分泌科门诊主要疾病的诊治情况。方法 :根据 2 0 0 3年～ 2 0 0 4年上半年北京地区《医院处方分析》的处方数据 ,对北京地区 11家三级医院的内分泌科门诊处方做动态分析。结果与结论 :北京地区三级医院内分泌科门诊诊治最多的疾病是糖尿病和甲状腺疾病。其中 ,糖尿病患者的比例正在逐步增加 ,并且针对其心血管并发症的用药也在明显增长。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the major diseases treated in outpatient departments of endocrinology departments in some large general hospitals in Beijing. METHODS: Based on the prescription data obtained from “Hospital prescription analysis” in Beijing area in the first half a year during the period 2003～2004,the prescriptions of outpatient departments of endocrinology departments in 11 large general hospitals in Beijing were made a dynamic analysis. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The major diseases treated in outpatient departments of endocrinology departments in some large general hospitals in Beijing are diabetes and thyroid gland disorders. The percentage of the patients with diabetes has gradually increased .Meanwhile, the use of the drugs for cardiovascular complications has also risen.
