2001年～2003年上海市骨质疏松症药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 3年上海市骨质疏松症药物应用状况 ,以供医院、生产企业参考。方法 :根据长江流域六大城市医院用药分析数据库 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 3年数据 ,按不同种类统计、排序、分析。结果与结论 :2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 3年上海市骨质疏松症药物医院用药总量呈稳步上升 ,分别为 10 7 1%、10 7,5 %、10 5 1%。维生素D3类的销售金额 3年分别占总金额的 4 4 8%、4 3 4 %、4 7 3% ;双膦酸盐类分别为 2 2 7%、2 3 4 %、2 4 4 % ;降钙素类分别为 19.2 %、2 3 5 %、2 2 4 % ;性激素类、钙制剂类呈下降趋势。外资企业生产药、合资企业生产药比重有所下降 ,国产企业生产药比重有所上升。OBJECTIVE:To investigate applicational condition of the drugs used for osteoporosis in Shanghai during the period 2001～2003, in order to provide some references for the hospitals and drug production enterprises. METHODS: According to the data obtained from hospital drug analysis data bank in six large cities of the Yangtze river region during the period 2001～2003, the drugs used for osteoporosis were added up, ranked and analyzed based on different varieties. RESULTS & CONELUSION: The total amount of the drugs used for osteoporosis in the hospitals of Shanghai during the period 2001～2003 showed steady increase, which was 107.1%, 107.5% and 105.1%, respectively. Selling amount of money of Vit.D 3 during the three years respectively constituted 44.8%, 43.4% and 47.3% of the total amount of money; Diphosphonate drugs respectively constituted 22.7%, 23 4% and 24.4%; Calcitonin respectively constituted 19.2%, 23 5% and 22.4%. Sex hormone and Suplical drugs showed decreased tendency. The proportion of the drugs produced by foreign and joint venture enterprises has a little bit decreased but that of the drugs produced by domestic enterprises has increased in some degree.
