南京地区22家医院2001年～2003年降糖药应用分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析南京地区 2 2家医院 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 3年降糖药的应用情况及用药趋势。方法 :用金额排序法统计 3年来降糖药的主要品种的应用情况 ,分析临床用药趋势。结果 :降糖药的用药金额逐年上升 ;胰岛素制剂中 ,合资品种占明显优势的市场分额 ;口服降糖药中 ,阿卡波糖用药金额占据第 1位 ;格列美脲、瑞格列奈、罗格列酮的构成比逐年跳跃增长 ;二甲双胍的用药频度最大 ,日均费用最低。结论 :降糖药的需求量逐年递增 ;市场需求潜力巨大 ,合资品种、进口品种受到医生和患者的青睐。开发不同作用机制的质优、方便、价廉的降糖药物 ,将会有良好的市场前景。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the tendency and the use of antidiabetic drugs in 22 hospitals in Nanjing during the period 2001 to 2003 .METHODS: By ranking of amount of money the major antidiabetic drugs used in the last three years were counted and the trend of clinical drug use was analyzed.RESULTS: The cost of antidiabetic drugs increased with years. The products of joint venture companies took dominant part in insulin market. Of the oral antidiabetic drugs, acarbose took the first place in amount of money; constitute ratio of glimepiride,repaglinide and rosiglitazone rapidly increased year by year; metformin showed largest frequency of the use and lowest cost per day. CONCLUSION: The need for antidiabetic drugs increases with years,the latent capacity of this market is considerable. The products of joint venture companies and foreign companies are especially favored by both doctors and the patients. It shows a good market prospect for developing new, good quality, convenient and low price antidiabetic drugs with different mechanisms.
