摘  要:目的 :了解 1999年~ 2 0 0 3年我院表皮葡萄球菌耐药性的变迁情况 ,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :收集 1999年~ 2 0 0 3年我院患者留取的各种标本 (痰、尿、血、脓性分泌物等 ) ,共分离出 2 4 2株表皮葡萄球菌。根据药物敏感试验结果来分析其耐药性的变化。结果 :本研究显示 ,耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄菌 (MRSE)分离率有上升趋势 ,其对青霉素类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、复方新诺明及庆大霉素高度耐药 ;对万古霉素高度敏感。甲氧西林敏感表皮葡萄球菌 (MSSE)对头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类依然保持较低的耐药率。结论 :表皮葡萄球菌的耐药性呈逐年增加的趋势 ,合理使用抗菌药以延缓细菌耐药性的产生非常重要。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of drug resistance of Se in our hospital during the period 1999~2003, in order to provide some references for clinically rational drug use. METHODS: To collect various kinds of samples (sputum, urine, blood and purulent secretion ) taken from the patients of our hospital during the period 1999~2003 and isolate 242 Se strains. Drug resistance of Se was analyzed according to drug sensitivity test result. RESULTS: This study showed that isolating rate of MRSE had rising tendency. MRSE had high resistance to penicillins, macrolides, quinolones, bactrim and gentamicin; It had high sensitivity to vancomycin. MSSE still kept low resistance to cephalosporins, aminoglycosides and quinolones. CONCLUSION: Drug resistance of Se has increasing tendency with years, so rational use of antibacterial drugs for delaying occurrence of bacterial drug resistance is very important.
