摘　　要：特种气体在石油化工、环境保护、医药卫生等领域发挥了巨大的作用。主要阐述了我国高纯石油化工气体、标准气体的发展现状,对存在的问题进行了分析,并预测了我国特种气体行业未来的发展趋势。Specialty gases have played great role in the fields of petro-chemical,environment protection,medication and so on.The status of high purity gases for petro-chemical and standard gases is reviewed briefly ,the problems in this field are analyzed,insight into the research and development trend of specialty gases in China in the near future is presented.
