摘　　要：行政权力的有限性是合法性与合理性原则的升华,其适时的存在是必然的,也是必要的。强调有限性并不意味着对行政权力抱有虚无的态度,也不是要放弃行政权力所特有的阳刚之气。正确认识行政权力的有限性,对于依法行政,运用好手中的权利,具有重要的意义。The limitation of executive power is the upgrade of validity and rationality, which provides the condition for its existence. This paper holds that the emphasis of the limitation means we can neither hold a nonchalant attitude toward administrative power, nor give up its authority. Therefore, correctly understanding the limitation of executive power has a important meaning for administration by law and for properly utilizing the power that one holds.
