摘  要:对高压异步电动机的起动过程进行了分析;对普通高压异步电动机用于驱动风机、水泵、磨煤机和排粉风机等重载起动设备而造成频繁损坏的机理,进行了合理的解释;然后通过采用维持定子不变,对转子铁心、导条、端环进行重新优化设计,得到理想的起动性能,使得原电动机的起动转矩提高,起动时间缩短,避免转子的损坏。在解决普通异步电动机驱动重载起动设备易损坏的问题中,找到了一条低投入、高性能输出的有效途径。The starting up of high-voltage asynchronousmotors has been analyzed as well as the cause of frequentdamage of these motors,which are used to drive the huge loadsuch as blowers,pumps and grinding mills,and then,the rede-sign of the rotor,which includes the optimization of rotor bars,steel core and end ring,has been made under the condition ofmaintaining the stator construction without any change.Theredesign results in ideal starting up performance,increased start-ing torque and shortened starting time,preventing from thedamage of rotors.This is a good way with low investment andhigh efficiency to solve the problem that the general-purposemotor frequently damages when driving the heavy loadedequipment.
