摘  要:提出了新型棉纺粗纱机纺纱工艺若干参数设定的建议。新型粗纱机的纺纱工艺,在一定范围内以大卷绕张力为宜,为符合卷绕工艺要求,从小纱到大纱,卷绕张力应由大到小。适当加大捻系数,重视假捻器的假捻效果是新型粗纱机纺纱工艺的又一特征。锭速的设定应在“中纱”前等高速,“中纱”以后逐渐降速,使筒管表层粗纱所承受的离心张力小于粗纱强力。四罗拉双胶圈牵伸能减少粗纱毛羽,改善粗纱结构,提高粗纱机的生产效率,但存在1cm左右的机械波。Suggestions in setting several parameters of new type roving machine which used in cotton spinning are proposed. Large package is suitable for new type roving machine spinning technology in the extension. Winding tension is decreasing from small yarn to large yarn to satisfy winding technology demand. The other property of new type roving machine spinning technology is increasing twist factor suitably and taking attention to false twist effect of false twister. Spindle speed should be high before medium yarn and decreasing after medium yarn to assure centrifugal tension of bobbin surface roving lower than roving strength. Four roller double apron draft can reduce roving hairiness, improving roving structure and enhance productive efficiency of roving machine, but mechanical wave about 1 cm is existing. \ \
