多组分摩擦纺纬纱织物的风格特征

摘  要:主要研究分析了3种用芯皮结构纬纱织造的平纹织物风格特征。3种不同的纬纱分别是芯皮均为粘纤,水溶性PVA作皮、粘胶无捻纱条作芯,PVA无捻纱条作芯、粘纤作皮。3种纱均在DREFⅢ型摩擦纺纱机上按芯皮50/50比例纺成,经纱统一采用2合股纯棉纱线。将3种纬纱分别织成织物,然后用热水将PVA溶解去除。织物性能的测定结果为:织物性能与组成织物的纱线组分性能并不一致。无捻芯纱(溶掉PVA表皮)织物具有较高的拉伸强力、撕裂强力、折皱回复性和耐磨性;而空心纱(溶掉PVA作芯)织物具有丰满、蓬松的结构和良好的耐压缩性能。Style and trait of plain weave weaving with three skin core structure weft is analyzed. Three kinds of weft are core layer and skin layer of viscose, skin layer of water soluble PVA & core layer of viscose twistless yarn and skin layer of viscose fiber & core layer of PVA twistless yarn. These three yarn core layer skin layer 50/50 is spinning in DREF Ⅲ friction spinning machine. Weaving each yarn as weft with two ply cotton yarn as warp, then solute PVA with hot water. Test result of fabric property is that the fabric property is not confirm with yarn component property, fabric of twistless heart yarn which PVA surface is solved has high tensile strength, tearing strength, wrinkle recoverability and abrasion resistance. Fabric of hollow yarn which PVA core is solved has husky, bulk structure and better compress resistance. \ \
