原棉性能对成纱质量影响的试验分析

摘　　要：为了确定棉纤维的性能对成纱性能的影响,通过试验分析了棉纤维与成纱性能之间的内在联系。原棉的断裂强度及断裂伸长率越高,其成纱的断裂强度及断裂伸长率也越高,棉纤维的平均长度越长,短纤维含量越少,其成纱断裂强度越高,断裂伸长率愈大,毛羽数越少。研究原棉性能与成纱质量的关系,以便能从纤维的性能来预测其成纱的质量。In order to determine influence on yarn of cotton fiber property, inner relation between cotton fiber and yarn property is analyzed through test. The test shows——yarn breaking strength and breaking elongation is increasing with that of raw cotton. When average length of cotton fiber is long, short fiber content is few, yarn breaking strength and breaking elongation rate is high, hairiness is few. For predicating yarn quality with fiber property can realize by researching connection between cotton fiber property and yarn quality. \ \
