摘　　要：Richcel麻涤纶混纺纱,采用涤纶纤维与麻纤维人工混和制条,Richcel纤维单独制条,再在并条工序进行混和的工艺。由于麻纤维较脆硬,在后道加工中易落,故在配料时可适当增加麻纤维的比例,以保证成纱混比的准确,Richcel纤维表面光滑、抱合力差,开清棉工序成卷较困难,与纺棉相比生产工艺应作适当调整。Polyester flax blending sliver and Richcel sliver blending in drawing process are adopted in Richcel flax & polyester blending yarn. For fragility and hard of flax fiber, it will easily lose in back passage, increasing flax fiber proportion to guarantee yarn blending rate exactly. Compared with cotton spinning process, Richcel flax & polyester blending yarn spinning process should be adjusted because Richcel fiber has smooth surface and bad cohesion, opening and clearing process lapping is difficult. \ \
