摘　　要：细纱上销性能关系到胶圈张力状态与运转性能,对细纱牵伸效果影响较大。分析了细纱牵伸过程中影响牵伸力的因素,上胶圈张力状态与成纱质量的关系。介绍了S1型尼龙上销的特点,并将S1型尼龙上销及其改进型S1A型尼龙上销在纯棉精梳与普梳品种上进行了纺纱试验,结果表明,尼龙上销有利于改善成纱条干,减少成纱毛羽。Spinning top pin property is connected with apron tension and working performance. Influence on spinning draft effect is evident of spinning top pin property. Influence factor on draft force in spinning draft and relation of top apron tension & yarn quality is analyzed. Property of S 1 nylon top pin is introduced, S 1 nylon top pin and reformed S 1A nylon top pin is tested in cotton combing yarn and carding yarn. The test shows that nylon top pin can improve evenness and decrease yarn hairiness. \ \
