摘  要:研究了在表面活性剂存在下,测定水溶液中铅含量的方法.该体系的最大优点是可在水相中直接用光度法测定样品中的铅含量.配合物的最大吸收波长为480nm,ε480=7.1×103L·mol-1·cm-1.铅浓度在0.4~2.4μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律.采用已知样进行回收实验,得到了满意的结果.A ternary complex was formed among Pb(Ⅱ), dithizone and SEDSS, whose absorption maximum was at 480?nm. The special feature of this reaction system was that the content of Pb(Ⅱ) in aqueous medium can be directly measured by the fussy extraction procedure. The molar absorptivity of the reactions was 7.1×10~3 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The absorption law of solution was accorded with Beer's law when the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) was in the range of 0.4~2.4?μg·mL^(-1). Good results were acquired using the known sample to do experiments.
