摘　　要：WiMAX是一种应用于城域网并提供宽带无线接入的技术。针对我国宽带IP城域网建设的实际情况,结合WiMAX技术优势和应用特点,建立了采用WiMAX接入技术的城域网的网络结构,提出了网络配置方案和各种WiMAX设备的接口要求,并对该应用模型所对应的协议栈进行了分析和设计。对今后WiMAX技术在SDH宽带IP城域网的应用具有实际意义。As the new technology of broadband wireless access, WiMAX will be used in metropolitan area networks. From technology advantages and application features of WiMAX, for the actual state of IP MAN in china, in this paper, the architecture of wireless access network based on WiMAX is established, and the configuration scheme of this network and the interface request of WiMAX equipments are given. At the same time, the protocol stack of this network model is analyzed and designed, It is especial useful for the WiMAX application in MAN based on IPoverSDH in the future.
