摘 要:采用自由落体法复制闭合性脑外伤小鼠模型,观测参芪提取物对模型小鼠喘气时间、血脑屏障通透性、脑组织含水量、脑指数、脑组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumornecrosisfactor-α,TNF-α)及血清内皮素(endothelin,ET)含量的影响。结果发现参芪提取物能显著延长模型小鼠喘气时间,降低脑组织含水量、脑指数、血脑屏障通透性、脑组织TNF-α及血清ET含量,表明参芪提取物对小鼠闭合性脑外伤有一定的保护作用。The closed craniocerebral injury mouse model was induced by the freely falling object, and the pant time, brain water content, brain index, penetrability of blood-brain-barrier(BBB), the content of TNF-α in brain tissue and the level of ET in serum were detected. The results showed that Shenqi extraction could obviously prolong the pant time, decrease the content of brain water, brain index, penetrability of BBB, the content of TNF-α in brain tissue and the level of ET in serum. These indicated that Shenqi extraction had protective effects on closed craniocerebral injury in mice.
