摘　　要：简要介绍了我国建筑节能的原理和节能途径,影响建筑物耗热量指标的主要因素及饭店建筑节能的一般要求;通过分析新型"绿色"建筑-混凝土小型空心砌块维护结构的保温隔热性能,详细阐述了建筑节能的主要措施;最后分析讨论了建筑节能的效益。The article presented the energy consuming state in China, the principles and methods of saving energy sources in residential architecture, the requests of saving energy sources in hotel and restaurant buildings. By the analysis of the enclosure structure energy saving capabilities in the new type green building-Concrete Small Hollow Block, the main energy saving measures were described in detail. Finally, the benefit of energy efficiency of buildings is discussed.
