试验减肥对单纯性肥胖青少年女学生血瘦素和胆固醇的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察单纯性肥胖青少年女学生减肥前后血瘦素(L ep)和胆固醇的变化。方法　单纯性肥胖青少年女学生12 0例分为2组,试验组6 0例采取有氧运动、合理饮食、心理矫正等疗法;对照组6 0例采取自由减肥。10个月后用放射免疫法和酶法分别测定2组的L ep和胆固醇的含量,并与试验前进行对照比较。结果　试验组减肥后L ep、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(L DL- c)浓度较减肥前明显降低(P<0 .0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL- c)含量明显升高(P<0 .0 5 ) ,对照组与减肥前比较无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 )。结论　该减肥方法能有效降低肥胖者L ep和TC水平,改善瘦素抵抗作用,从而起到调节异常内分泌代谢的作用。Objective To investigate the change of levels of blood leptin and cholesterol in adolecent girl students with simple obesity.Methods One hundred and twenty adolescent girl students with simple obesity who had received the reducing weight therapy were divided into two groups.In the observed group of sixty students,a comprehensive measures of the aerobicexercise,reasonable diet,behavior modification and medical monitoring were applied.The level of serum lepin and cholesterol were examined pre- and post-treatment by radioimmunoassay and enzymatic methods respectively.Results The level of leptin,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) after reducing fatness were obviously lower compared with that before reducing fat(P<0.05);the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) increased significantly(P<0.05);but these parameters in the control group were not different obviously compared with pre- reducing fat(P>0.05).Conclusion The method can decrease the level of leptin and cholesterols in adolescent girl students with simple obisty. So it plays an important role in modifying the abnormal incretion and metabolism.
