降纤药物治疗脑梗塞发生静脉穿刺部位皮下出血的原因及对策

摘　　要：目的　　探讨降纤药治疗脑梗塞(CI)患者引起静脉穿刺部位皮下出血原因及预防。方法　对34例因降纤药静脉注射致皮下出血的CI患者进行观察分析。结果　正确的拔针方法、避免拔针后换手按压及延长按压时间可预防穿刺部位皮下出血。结论　上述综合方法是减少降纤药静脉注射致皮下出血的有效措施。Objective To consider the causes and preventive method of subcutaneous hemorrhage(SCH)on the venepunctural location by anti-fibrinogen drug in treatment of cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The causes of local SCH resulting from applied anti-fibrinogen drug intravenation in treatment of 34 CI patients was observed.Results A correct method of pulling out the needle,avoid changing hand for pushing the venepunctural location and prolonged the pushing time were essential procedure for SCH of venepunctural location.Conclusion Corrected and standerdized nursing procedures may reduce the SCH resulting from anti-fibrinogen drug intraveneously in CI patients.
