我国城市竞争力提升之产业集群战略路径研究

摘　　要：在研究产业集群机理的基础上 ,提出产业集群是我国城市竞争力提升的途径。建议我国城市产业集群发展应注重城市老工业基地改造和高新技术产业基地建设与产业组织结构调整结合、城市市场体系建设与产业集群发展结合 ,加快企业改制和企业技术创新 。This paper analyzes the nature of industrial grouping and puts forward that developing industrial grouping is the strategic way to improve the competitiveness of Chinese cities.It suggests that in the process of developing groups in cities of China,attention should be given to the combination of the transformation of the old industrial bases,the construction of high_tech industrial bases and the adjustment of industrial strucˉtures,the combination of the construction of city market system with industrial group development,the acˉceleration of the reform of enterprise systems and technological innovation,the guiding and supporting efˉfects of government policies.
