摘　　要：应用物料筛分概率理论,研究了间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备中振动筛筛网配置对筛分效率的响,提出了筛分效率和筛孔尺寸的关系模型,根据模型建立了配筛优化函数并给出了求解流程。通过实际施工中的应用表明,该方法对沥青搅拌设备配筛十分有效。This paper studies the influences of configuration of screen cloth for batch asphalt mixingplant upon the screening efficiency of vibrating screen using the theory of material sieving. A relational model between screening efficiency and screen size is presented, and a majorized function about configuration of screen cloth is set up, at the same time gives a corresponding solving process. Through practical construction, it indicates that this is an effective method for configuration of screen cloth for batch asphalt mixing plant.
