抵当汤对实验性脑出血大鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:对抵当汤治疗脑出血的机制加以探讨。方法:采用改良Nath法,用TUNEL法测大鼠脑细胞凋亡。结果:抵当汤组脑细胞凋亡数显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:抵当汤对脑出血后脑细胞的保护作用,可能与抑制脑细胞凋亡有关。Objective:To discuss the principle of cerebral hemorrhage treated by Didangtang.Methods:Adopted the method of improved Nath;modeled by injecting the non-heparin blood of itself into the basal segments of big mice;measured the natural death of mouse brain cells.Results:The amount of dead cells of the mouse brain in the group of Didangtang is obviously fewer than that in the group of contrast.Conclusion:The protective effect on the cerebral cells after cerebral hemorrhage of Didangtang is perhaps related to repressing the natural death of brain cells.
