摘　　要：马克思方法是本质分析、系统分析、趋势分析、宏观分析;诺思方法是对马克思方法的补充,诺思的方法是特殊性分析、非正式制度分析、政治制度与经济制度关系分析、制度主体学习能力分析。只有将马克思方法与诺思方法结合,才能真正形成有效的制度分析方法。The methodology of Karl Marx is an analysis to nature, system, trend and grand perspective. The methodology of Douglass North is an analysis to particularity, informal institution, political-economical institutional relationship, and the ability of learning the institutional subject. Only by combining Marxist methodology with North’s, can the method of an effective institutional analysis be truly formed.
