摘 要:为消除七氟醚闭式麻醉时与钠石灰接触后的分解产物,用西德Drager(808)麻醉机、安氟醚挥发器,以0.5~0.6L/min的低氧流量,用手法控制呼吸行紧闭法复合少量静脉全麻22例。结果:当钠石灰温度降至36℃以下、手术时间3~5h时,七氟迷浓度MAC用量10~40ml;取吸入气及肺泡气样用气相色谱法测定未见明显分解产物;降低钠石灰温度对CO2的吸收未见明显影响。为临床使用七氟醚麻醉提供了理论与方法依据。In order to get rid of decomposed product of soda lime in the porocess of sevoflurane anesthesia, closed general anesthesia with sevoflurane was performed in 22 patients with manual respiration control. At this process, Drager 808 anesthesia machine with vaporizer and small dase intravenous anesthetic were used,and oxygen flow rate was maintained at 0.5 ̄0.6L/min. The results showed that when sevoflurane was used in concentrations minimal alveolar concentration and at doses of 10 ̄40 ml with the temprature of soda lime below 36℃ and operation time between 3 ̄5 hours,there was no decomposed product in inspired air and alveolar air. Decrease in temprature of soda lime had no effect on absorption of CO2. There findings provided basis for the theory and practice of sevoflurane anesthesia in clinic.
