复合型导电PP的生产

摘　　要：以适当型号的聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂、导电炭黑为填料,添加适量的分散剂、偶联剂、抗冲改性剂等相关助剂,以经过改造的双螺杆挤出机制得复合型导电PP。考察了原料配方、生产工艺对导电PP性能的影响。性能测试结果表明,生产的导电PP电阻率低、力学性能良好。最后介绍了导电PP的应用。The compound conductive polypropylene(PP) was produced with advanced twin-screw extruder. It used PP as basic resin and conductive carbon black as filler, and proper additives such as dispersant, coupling agent and impact modifier were added. The effects of formula and production process on the properties of PP were studied. The testing results showed that the conductive PP had low resistivity and good mechanical properties. The application of conductive PP was also briefly described.
