造纸黑液木素制备活性炭

摘　　要：本文针对针叶材蒸煮黑液中木素的提取,及其用于活性炭的制备进行了研究,并对实验所得活性炭的性能进行了分析。着重探讨了活化时间、活化温度、料比诸因素对活性炭吸附性能影响,其顺序依次为:活化温度>料比>活化时间。结果表明,造纸黑液中的木素可以作为制备活性炭的优良原料。This paper studied on extracting lignin from conifer black liquor, the producing active carbon, and analyzed the properties of the active carbon. Furthermore, the influence of active time,active temperature and the ratio of active reagent on the adsorption properties are discussed especially. The order is: active temperature > the ratio of active reagent > active time. The result showed that the lignin in black liquor is a kind of very fine materials that used to manufacture active carbon.
