摘　　要：介绍了成型刀具在橡胶模具加工中的应用,其切削质量是以往传统的刀具所无法比拟的,在提高模具的使用寿命和橡胶制品的质量等方面具有明显的优势。采用GMI系列内径窄槽刀具,其几何形状最大限度地保证了刀具的强度,具有夹持力强、刚性高等特点,最小切削宽度为,可方便地对弹簧槽进行加工。Introduce the application of a forming tools in processing a rubber mold,for its cutting quality is far higher than former traditional tools,which possesses obvious superiority on these hand of improving mold usage life and rubber product quality and etc. Adopt narrow groove tools of GMI series of inner diameter, so its geometry shape ensures tools' intension to maximum limit,possessing the features of better clamping force and higher rigidity and etc,with minimum cutting width of 0.75mm, which brings convenience to process spring groove.
