维拉帕米对减轻全麻气管拔管时心血管反应的观察

摘　　要：目的　 探讨维拉帕米减轻气管拔管引起心血管反应的疗效。 方法　 将 80例择期手术患者随机分为A ,B ,C ,D四组 ,A组在拔管前 2min静脉注射维拉帕米 0 .1mg/kg ,B组注射乌拉地尔 0 .5mg/kg ,C组注射利多卡因 1mg/kg ,D组注射生理盐水。观察收缩压、舒张压、心率变化。 结果　 对照组D组拔管期患者的心率、血压增高显著 ,其余三组均能减轻心率、血压的变化 ,其中维拉帕米 0 .1mg/kg最有效 ,乌拉地尔 1mg/kg次之。 结论　 维拉帕米 0 .Objective To study the effect of intravenous injection of verapamil on cardiovascular changes during tracheal extubation. Methods 80 patients were divided into four groups randomly: 0.1mg/kg verapamil group, 0.5mg/kg urapidil group, 1mg/kg lidocaine group and saline group (control group). The drug were given in 2min before tracheal extubation respectively. Changes in heart rate and arterial blood pressure were measured during tracheal extubation. Results In the control group, the HR and arterial blood pressure increased significantly. Three medication attenuated the increases in heart rate and arterial blood pressure, the effect was greatest with verapamil, while the effect of urapidil was inferior to that of verapamil. Conclusion A bolus injection of verapamil during tracheal extubation may prevent cardiovascular changes effectively.
