摘　　要：在开放经济条件下,外汇占款的持续增加,给我国货币政策的独立性和经济发展在部门和地区上的平衡构成了较大的影响,文章从理论角度揭示了这一现象产生的根源,并以数据的形式直观地表现了它的影响态势。建议应进一步完善汇率形成机制,创新货币政策工具,加强和完善外汇管理,以促进国民经济的健康良性发展。As China's economy has opened up, the growing FX purchasing has impacted the independence of monetary policy and the balance between departmental and regional economic development. This paper reveals the theoretical reasons behind the situation, while using statistics to directly demonstrate the effects. Based upon this, it is suggested that the exchange rate mechanism be further revised, monetary policy instruments improved and FX management strengthened and perfected to promote healthy development of the national economy.
